Everton boss Dave Moyes can sign Cardiff City teenager Chris Gunter, if he ups his offer for the 17 year-old Wales international.
The Liverpool Echo says while Cardiff boss Dave Jones is eager to keep hold of Gunter, chairman Peter Ridsdale has admitted he would be prepared to sell at the right price, particularly as they need finances to build a new ground.
