Agent Dario Canovi admits he's being won over by Roma coach Daniele de Rossi.

Canovi had his doubts when De Rossi stepped in to replace Jose Mourinho over his long-term chances.

He told TMW: "Daniele De Rossi had an excellent impact but I had no doubts: I know him and the environment in Rome, it was obvious that he would be able to calm the situation.

"Do I expect confirmation on the Giallorossi bench? It will depend on what he does between now and the end. It's still too early to judge him. We need to judge him at the end of the championship.

"If he continues like this there will be no need for another coach. Hecan convince you that he is the right choice."
