Gigi Buffon says he's enjoyed his first season in France with PSG.

The veteran goalkeeper insists he has no regrets leaving Juventus last summer.

Buffon told PSG's website: "It's just beautiful! I spent nine months in a wonderful city. Everyone welcomed me very warmly, I was shown a lot of affection. My experience here is superb and I am happy to have made the choice to come to Paris.

"I wanted to discover a new football environment, and a new environment of life, that could improve me on the human level. And I must admit that all this is fulfilled. I always wanted to get out of my comfort zone, and to live new experiences.

"I try to move forward in a humble way, to learn and discover new things, and this is the case here in Paris. I learned French. I know that it will help me in the future to have more confidence in myself, it is very important."
