Brother of Liverpool's Adam pleads not guilty to sectarian charge

Rangers goalkeeper Grant Adam has pleaded not guilty to an alleged sectarian breach.

The younger brother of Liverpool midfielder Charlie Adam is alleged to have 'conducted himself in a disorderly manner by swearing and singing sectarian slogans in Ingram Street, Glasgow, in the early hours of 6th November.'

He today appeared in Glasgow Sheriff Court and pleaded not guilty. He was released on bail and will appear back at the court on 25th January 2012, ahead of a trial on 10th February.
