Chelsea have rejected a major bid from Brighton for Levi Colwill.
The young defender has been on-loan at Brighton from the Blues.
The Daily Mail says Brighton have tabled a £30m cash offer for Colwill, which was rejected by the Blues.
The 20-year-old made 17 Premier League appearances for Brighton this season and was a key influence on their run to Europa League qualification.
New Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino wants to keep hold of Colwill and plans to add him to his squad next term.
