Brescia coach Eugenio Corini may hold back Mario Balotelli.
Brescia are back in Serie A after an eight-year absence.
Corini said, “Of course we'd have liked to start off in Serie A differently.
“We're paying a bit for extra time in the Coppa Italia, but we must be able to face these difficulties.
“We have great enthusiasm and we'll stick with our style of play, even if we have several absences, although we could make slight tactical changes.
“We know we'll have to suffer, not only at Cagliari but also throughout the season."
He added: “Balotelli has plenty of motivation. Now we must and want to bring some normality to the situation."
