Brentford fullback Reguilon 'very happy' with victory at Wolves

Brentford fullback Sergio Reguilon says victory at Wolves was deserved.

Reguilon was outstanding in the 2-0 win.

"I'm very happy, now I need to rest," said Reguilón to the club's website.

“To win the game we thought maybe we needed to score one more goal, because they were attacking a lot. We did, and we are so proud. Clean sheet, three points – I'm very happy.

“We know they have key players – Pedro Neto, Matheus Cunha, Pablo Sarabia – and we knew we needed to control them and we did that, more or less. They didn't score, and that makes us happy."

On his assist for Christian Nørgaard, Reguilón added: "We work a lot, a lot, a lot [on set-pieces]. Attacking a lot, defensive a lot. This can bring out points for us and you can see that in the first goal. We opened the game with a set-piece; it can be the difference."
