Brentford boss Thomas Frank insists he sleeps well, despite their inconsistency this season.
Frank's troops have only won two of the last 11 games in the Premier League, but this has no consequences for the Danish coach's sleep habits.
He said, "I am very transparent and open, and I just say that there are a few more thoughts if things are not going the right way. When things are going well, there is also a lot of thinking, because you have to plan and try to win the next match as well.
"It's just a little more positive, but I don't do so many things differently. I generally sleep well at night.
"I make sure I get my exercise by running two or three times a week and playing padel once in a while, and then I spend time with my family."
