Brazil World Cup winner Cafu hoping Endrick ignores Real Madrid, Man Utd interest

Brazil World Cup winner Marcos Cafu is a fan of Palmeiras superkid Endrick.

The 15 year-old has Europe's biggest clubs chasing his signature, including Real Madrid, Manchester United and Barcelona.

Cafu told Marca: "He is a very talented young man. One of the best youngsters to appear in recent years, but when we talk about youngsters you have to be careful. We have a diamond, but if we are not careful it breaks.

"He is a future crack, yes. He is a future phenomenon, but he first has to grow in football and understand the game and all this. The people around him have to let him grow and make him understand what football is. He is one of the last great jewels that we have seen with 15 years, but you have to take care of him."

Cafu admits talent is drying up in Brazil.

He continued: "We are losing that culture of playing in the street because of technology. We are losing the childhood that plays in the street and on the beach. We are losing the essence of being young, of being a child.

"All because of mobile phones, computers and tablets. Children have to go to the street, laugh, cry, cut a finger, get home all scratched up because they fell off the bicycle... They have to see that childhood is going to the street to play with friends, go to the neighbor's house..."
