Former Torino defender Massimo Brambati says Juventus should have insisted Paul Pogba undergo knee surgery in preseason.
Pogba is out of the World Cup for France after a decision to put off surgery backfired.
He will now not take the field for Juve until 2023.
Brambati told TMW: "I know that he fought and perhaps there was a meniscus already half fractured.
"But the worst thing is that the club and the managers did not force themselves to have him operated immediately."
