Bournemouth boss Iraola: We're improving on small details

Bournemouth's improvement when it comes to small details is behind their upturn in results.

That is the view of Spanish head coach Andoni Iraola, who believes they have always been on the right track.

Iraola struggled earlier in the season, but has steered the team to three wins in the last four Premier League games.

Asked about the improved form, Iraola responded: “This is not a question for me.

“I think you never know what's going to happen in football.

“We all know how we are going to play next week against Aston Villa, against Palace on Wednesday.

“I think you have to try to maximize your chances every single week.

“I feel like the team is performing better.

“At the beginning of the season, we had very good games where we didn't take anything points wise and we have to be also competing better first minutes of the games scored just before halftime.

“Small details that convert these performances into points.

“Probably at the beginning of the season we didn't have or maybe the opposition was better than us then."
