Bournemouth boss Iraola happy with goalscorer Brooks

Bournemouth boss Andoni Iraola is delighted counting on David Brooks.

Brooks scored for the first time in two years in their draw at Brentford.

Iraola said: "For me they are all new players, I think from first day he has been pushing for minutes from day one, he is a very good player and scoring goals.

"Players from the bench are crucial, what Brooks gave us today we want to keep that intensity for 90 minutes."

He added, "I think a lot of things happened in the game, there was stretches when we were better and then stretches when they were better.

"We were almost had the win, but then they equalised in the stoppage time some of our players finished tired and were struggling - we couldn't maintain the result."
