Borussia Dortmund have reportedly edged ahead of Manchester United in the battle for Birmingham City whiz Jude Bellingham.

The Mirror says Bellingham is just a signature away from completing a transfer to Borussia Dortmund.

The 16-year-old has been heavily courted by both clubs desperate to land his services, with United even showing the youngster round the club's training facilities.

But it seems the Red Devils could lose out on the Birmingham City starlet, who is said to have made his mind up on a move to Germany.

Bild report that Bellingham is ready to snub United and put pen to paper on a switch to the Bundesliga giants.

They add that Bellingham could well have already completed the agreement were it not for the coronavirus outbreak.
