Oscar Boniek Garcia is still to finalize his move to Houston Dynamo from Honduran club Olimpia.

The 27-year old Honduras international winger signed with the Dynamo in early June and was expected to arrive this week but that date will be pushed back as he needs to meet with the US Embassy.

Garcia's visa application has been approved but all the necessary paperwork needs to be completed before he is eligible to play for his new club.

"We're still working on the completion of him getting his visa and we're hoping that can occur this week," Dynamo president Chris Canetti told MLSsoccer.com.

"Right now, we feel we're on track for him to join the club in time to be eligible for the Philadelphia game in two weeks. Given the way the process has happened in the past, we feel that's realistic."
