Bologna coach Thiago Motta was left delighted after their 2-0 win against Fiorentina.

Riccardo Orsolino and Jens Odgaard struck the goals last night.

Motta said: "I'm very happy for the victory, and for the environment. Today our people and our boys on the pitch were fantastic, experiencing these moments is something wonderful.

"Congratulations to the boys, the victory is the right reward for everything they have in fact. I'm really happy, both for the result and for the atmosphere... today our people are 10.

"I wouldn't call it sacrifice, but the pleasure of working with and for my teammates. When this ambition and this desire to achieve results exists, it becomes a pleasure to do everything, both playing the ball and recovering it.
