Boehly backing Tuchel as Chelsea go for Dembele AND Sterling

Chelsea owner Todd Boehly will support manager Thomas Tuchel's wish to bring in Barcelona winger Ousmane Dembele AND Manchester City attacker Raheem Sterling.

Dembele comes off contract at Barca next week, while Sterling will enter the final year of his contract with City prepared to sell for £50-60m.

Chelsea have been speaking regularly with Dembele's agent, Moussa Sissoko, since the start of the year, while Sterling is open to returning home to London and joining the Blues.

The 27 year-old England ace plans to make a decision on his future within the next fortnight.

The Daily Mail says Tuchel sees the two attacking players as the perfect fit. And heading negotiations will be Chelsea's new owner, the interim sporting director and go-to man for player representatives, as American billionaire Boehly takes a surprisingly hands-on approach to the club.
