AC Milan director Zvonimir Boban insists he has no regrets taking the job.

Boban has just overseen the sacking of Marco Giampaolo.

“I'm asking myself why I'm at Milan too!" he said at the Festival dello Sport.

“I'm only joking. I'm happy to fight again for the club I love. I don't believe I'm arrogant. Champions always think too highly of themselves, but I don't play anymore.

“After not understanding anything about life, I started studying, understanding things more, punishing myself if necessary."
