Besiktas are claiming they have a deal in place for Manchester United fullback Alexander Buttner.
The Turkish transfer window doesn't shut until later this week.
Besiktas vice-president Nuri Cebi says a loan agreement is all but settled: "We are working towards completing the deal, we have agreed personal terms with Alexander Buttner.
"We have also reached an agreement with Manchester United, and we will complete the loan transfer within the next one to two days."
