Besiktas sporting director Ceyhun Kazanci says Manchester United must cough up if they're to take over the loan of Wout Weghorst.

The 30-year-old is currently on loan at Besiktas from Burnley and is now expected to leave for Old Trafford.

Kazanci said, "If Manchester United want Weghorst, they must first have that discussion with Burnley, who can then contact us.

"If we accept, the loan will be terminated. Otherwise, he will continue until June. He can't leave like this.

"There must be some form of compensation for us."
