David Beckham was on target as LA Galaxy won the final match of their tour Down Under.
Becks hit a late penalty and set up two goals as Galaxy beat Wellington Phoenix 4-1.
The game was played before a record football crowd for any match in New Zealand of 31,853.
England midfielder Beckham, who now has two months off, said: "On the footballing front I think there's good things to take from the last game in Sydney and obviously we won the game tonight (Saturday), so it's good to end our season on a win.
"But there's still some hard work to do with the team and we look forward to that in February."
