Manager Frank Lampard was watching on in the crowd, along with assistant coach Jody Morris.

The Belgian did a lot to impress Lampard after not featuring in the Blues' first three games of the season.

Antonio Rudiger also started in the match as he continues the road to recovery.

The German played 90 minutes in his first appearance since limping off injured against Manchester United in April.
