Chelsea midfielder Ross Barkley admits they need to tighten up at the back.

The Blues haven't kept a Premier League clean sheet on the road since December's trip to Tottenham.

"We need to improve our organisation defensively and keep more clean sheets," says Barkley. "Better communication sometimes can prevent conceding a goal.

"We conceded two against Crystal Palace and three against West Ham so obviously we can improve defensively moving forward. We know what we've got but the balance of attack and defence can be a little bit better. We're working on that a lot in training and we will rectify it."
