Inter Milan midfielder Nicola Barella says they can be proud of their 3-3 draw at Barcelona.
The result keeps Inter's round of 16 hopes alive in the Champions League.
"We would've liked to bring home a victory, but this is the attitude we needed, that we lacked at the start of the season. We now hope to ride this wave of enthusiasm and keep showing this desire to fight for the jersey," Barella told Sky Sport Italia.
“This must not be a blip, but confirming the work we've been doing for years now. It was a wonderful match, but it must not be just a one-off.
“Unfortunately, there are periods where things don't go your way and it all seems difficult, but with help from the club and your teammates, we emerge from it. We were in a bad spell, there's no point denying that, but we proved that we are here, we fight for this team, this club and this shirt."
