Barcelona are ready to release Matheus Pereira to Eibar.

The Brazilian has a deal with Barca to 2025, but will be allowed to join Eibar on a free transfer with the guarantee of 50 per cent of any sell on fee.

Sport says if Segunda Division Eibar are promoted, they will pay Barcelona some bonus fees.

The Brazilian player was a starter for Sergi Barjuan's side last season and got five goals and three assists in 36 games. He took his medical at Eibar on Monday.

The Basque side were close to getting promoted but lost in the play-offs to Girona, after almost sealing automatic promotion.
