Barcelona are stepping up interest in PSG teen Edouard Michut.

The 17 year-old holding midfielder has some of Europe's biggest clubs chasing his signature.

And Sport says Barca are keen, where sporting director Eric Abidal fancies gaining some revenge on PSG for past youth raids. Last year, Xavi Simons quit Barca for PSG, while three years earlier, the Catalans also lost Kays Ruiz to the French giants.

Now Abidal spies a chance to tempt Michut to move in the opposite direction. While he is tied to PSG until 2021, Michut is on amateur terms and he won't be able to sign pro in France until he turns 18 on March 3 next year.
