Barcelona are locked in pre-contract talks with Chelsea captain Cesar Azpilicueta.

Azpilicueta is off contract in June and talks with Chelsea over a new deal have stalled due to their over-30 policy.

Sport says Barca have made their move and now are in negotiations to bring Azpilicueta back to Spain.

There's a confidence inside Barca that the defender is ready to commit to them.

Azpilicueta hasn't played in the LaLiga since leaving Osasuna for Marseille in 2010.
