Barcelona president Joan Laporta has told Manchester City and Chelsea to forget trying for star Lionel Messi.
Liverpool striker Fernando Torres has told Messi his game would improve by moving to the Premier League.
But Laporta said: "He does not want to leave us.
"And we do not ever want to let him go."
