Barcelona midfielder Sergi Busquets admits he's battled to recover from their Champions League elimination at Liverpool.

Barca recovered on Sunday to defeat high-flying Getafe, though Busquets admits it's been a tough time.

He said, "It was a moment that we had to face, it was a tough day, we wanted to get out of the deep hole, we had to take it today, we had to see how the fans were doing, they showed their disagreement, we had to push forward.

"It's not the best moment of the team or the club, we can only say thank you and jump forward.

"I do not know if it's the hardest day of my career, but one of them sure, but there was nothing left to play. We are in a very big black hole, I hope today is a turning point."
