Barcelona captain Andres Iniesta has collected a hamstring injury.
The midfielder was forced off during victory over Las Palmas.
Iniesta, confirmed Barca, had suffered a hamstring strain, with the midfielder facing ten days out.
He is expected to now miss Spain's internationals this week against Albania and Israel.
However, Barca hope Iniesta will be fit for the October 14 trip to Atletico Madrid.
