Barcelona coach Xavi was still angry after their 0-0 draw at Getafe.

Xavi was sent off during the bitter stalemate.

On his clash with the ref, he said: "I told him that they were allowing a lot of fouls and we weren't, so he sent me off. The other day we had a meeting with the referees and one of the first changes they were going to implement in the regulations was that they would understand the coaches more because we are in tension. My sending off doesn't matter, we tried everything we could against a very tough opponent. We took a point which is not enough, it's a shame.

"The referee is the one who allows it, there is no other way. They are allowing too much. If we sell the LaLiga product and we have this, it doesn't help anyone..." he added. "It's an accumulation of things, they let them play, we get whistled... There's no need to think about it any more. Last year we started the same way and we finished well. We didn't play well in the first half, but we had chances in the second. They were comfortable wasting time at 0-0, that's their football."
