Barcelona coach Ernesto Valverde insists he's happy to count on Rafinha this season.
The market shut on Friday with Rafinha missing out on a move to Real Betis.
"We wanted him to stay, but if he stayed we would be happy. And I think we're all happy," said Valverde.
"The fact of managing players who want to have minutes is not difficult. It is not an exclusivity of Rafinha to want to play, it is normal.
"We have been talking this week, the content is private. But in the end he stays, which is the important thing. I think he can help us and the minutes will depend on his performance in training and matches. He has many good things that we can take advantage of."
