Barcelona captain Sergi Roberto has rejected an offer from Saudi Arabia.

Sport says Barca granted Roberto permission to speak with SPL clubs.

The unnamed club were willing to pay €15m for his transfer.

But Roberto has decided to stay with Barca, having taken a pay-cut to pen a new deal this season.

The defensive utility was named club captain after Sergi Busquets left for Inter Miami at the end of last season.
