The agent of Augsburg fullback Abdul Rahman Baba has revealed personal terms have been struck with Chelsea.

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho sees Baba as a replacement for Filipe Luis, who joined Atletico Madrid last week for €16 million.

"The clubs need to find an agreement," confirmed agent Sacha Empacher to BILD. "On our part, everything is all right."

Chelsea are offering €25 million for Augsburg to sell Baba - ten times the amount the Bundesliga club paid for the Ghana international a year ago.

Augsburg have identified Karlsruher SC defender Philipp Max as Baba's replacement.
