Atletico Madrid are prepared to sell Saul Niguez this summer.

The Mirror says Atletico have given the go-ahead to suitors to sign midfielder Saul, should a suitable offer be made.

Liverpool are still searching for their Gini Wijnaldum replacement, having lost the reliable Dutchman to PSG on a free transfer, and has been linked with Saul.

Saul helped Diego Simeone's side to the La Liga title last term, but has been granted permission to leave should he wish to.

The 26-year-old has been heavily linked with a move to Manchester United in the past, though a move never materialised.
