Athletic Bilbao veteran Oscar de Marcos says they're ready for their LaLiga opener against Real Madrid.
De Marcos believes that they face a difficult opponent to start LaLiga, but is optimistic.
"The team is in a good momentum and in the last few games we've looked good in terms of rhythm," he said.
"I think the dynamic is good for the start of the league and we have to go in with that mentality.
"They have also had some difficult games. Maybe they didn't get the results they expected in pre-season, but the competition is totally different, everything changes.
"Real Madrid is a very reliable team that has been winning titles or fighting for them for many years.
"They have strengthened well, although it is true that they have lost some important players.
"They will be a tough opponent, but playing at San Mames is always exciting for everyone.
"We're looking forward to playing a good game."
