Athletic Bilbao have given the all-clear for new contract talks to open with defender Ustaritz Aldekoaotalora.
Bilbao have informed Ustaritz's agent that they're ready to discuss an improved deal for the youngster after seeing him establish himself in Joaquin Caparros' first team this season.
No new developments are expected, however, until after the January market.
