Burnley striker Chris Wood is attracting rival Premier League transfer interest.

The Mirror says Wood is wanted by Aston Villa and West Ham.

Villa boss Dean Smith feels Wood would be the ideal foil for England striker Ollie Watkins and has put him on his transfer wish list.

West Ham also like the New Zealand forward, who has hit double figures in each of his four seasons in the Premier League with Burnley.

Everton are monitoring the situation and are waiting to see if their new manager is keen on Wood before following up their interest in him.
