Departing Chelsea star Ashley Cole is keen on a bank-busting move to AS Monaco.
The Daily Express says Cole has told friends that Monaco is his first choice if they can meet his wage demands.
The French club parted company with former boss Claudio Ranieri yesterday, and are aiming to hire Atletico Madrid's Diego Simeone after Saturday's Champions League final.
