Arsenal title winner Keown slams Man Utd hero Neville: Show some class!

Arsenal title winner Martin Keown has slammed Manchester United hero Gary Neville for celebrating Liverpool blowing their unbeaten Premier League run.

The Reds, who return to league action against Bournemouth at Anfield on Saturday lunchtime, saw their hopes of going the entirety of the 2019/20 Premier League campaign come to an end last Saturday evening as they were beaten 3-0 by lowly Watford at Vicarage Road.

Keown, who was part of the Arsenal side that went unbeaten in the 2003/04 Premier League season, told talkSPORT: "I'd try to show a little bit more class than that.

"I don't profit from someone else failing. We won it when we won it and nobody can take that away.

"Look, it's all in jest, he's probably having a bit of a laugh but at the end of the day I don't know why we are celebrating someone else's demise.

"I'd only celebrate when we won. I won for us. I don't win to stop someone else from winning."
