Arsenal supporters watch Lacazette lead four-goal victory over Rapid Vienna

Arsenal regained some confidence in attack by claiming a 4-1 win over Rapid Vienna in front of their supporters on Thursday.

About 2,000 fans were in the Emirates to see Arsenal, who have already secured their place in the knockout stages, beat the Austrian side.

And boy did they get their money's worth when Alexandre Lacazette unleashed a blistering 30-yard strike past Richard Strebinger to open the scoring after 10 minutes.

Pablo Mari and Eddie Nketiah then both scored headers to give Arsenal a comfortable half-time lead.

Koya Kitagawa volleyed in shortly after half-time for the visitors.

But Emile Smith Rowe converted a ball from Ainsley Maitland-Niles to restore the three-goal advantage.

The Gunners have struggled mightily in the Premier League recently, having lost their last three games at home.

But a convincing win on Thursday is just what they needed ahead of Sunday's north London derby at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
