Arsenal star Martin Odegaard spoke about the club's ambitions for the season this weekend.

The Norway midfielder was delighted with his team's convincing win over Bournemouth on Saturday.

Odegaard, who spoke with reporters after the game, was pivotal against the Cherries.

“I just heard," he said to a reporter about Manchester City losing to Wolves the same day.

“But again, we have to focus on ourselves.

“This league is so tough you say that everyone can beat everyone and you have to be sharp, ready for every game and it is such a busy schedule now. So we have to focus on ourselves.

“Make sure we are ready for next week."
