Arsenal are ready to go as high as £49 MILLION to sign Liverpool striker Luis Suarez.
The Daily Star says despite Liverpool's insistence Suarez is not for sale, reports today suggest Arsenal are now about to come to the table again.
The Emirates outfit have already seen bids of £35m and £40m plus £1 turned down.
But time is running out for Arsenal in the transfer window.
Arsene Wenger has £70m to spend but they have missed out on striking targets Gonzalo Higuain, Stevan Jovetic, David Villa and Wayne Rooney.
