Arsenal motivated to beat Tottenham to second - Bellerin

Arsenal's right-back Hector Bellerin has insisted that the Gunners are still hopeful of finishing above their North London rivals Tottenham in the Premier League table.

The Gunners currently trail Spurs by three points with two games left and Bellerin says there is still hope to edge above their local enemies.

"For us it's important to finish third, or even second," he told Sky Sports ahead of Sunday's clash with fourth-placed Manchester City.

"Obviously, as a team we want to finish as high as we can, and in a good moment to be ready for next season. We've got to start with these three points at the Etihad and the team is really focused on that."

"As an Arsenal player there is always that motivation [to beat Tottenham]," he said about finishing above Spurs.

"It's something the fans would probably be looking forward to. As players, we need to fight for it as well.

"It doesn't only depend on us of course. We know they have their games to play and have to win them as well so we'll do our end of the job and we're going to hope for the best."
