Mainz striker Shinji Okazaki is being watched by Premier League clubs.
The Daily Express says Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham are monitoring the progress of Japanese international Okazaki.
The diminutive striker has already netted five goals in his opening six Bundesliga games, with a further three in other competitions to boot.
His obvious eye for goal has attracted attention from all over Europe, with Premier League scouts known to have attended some Mainz matches this season.
