Arsenal are launching a new offer for West Ham captain Declan Rice.
The Gunners tabled an opening bid of £70m for the England midfielder last month.
West Ham rate Rice closer to £100m and now the Gunners are returning with a new proposal.
The Daily Mail says Arsenal will bid for Rice in the coming days and hope to quickly wrap up a high-profile deal worth £90m.
West Ham, however, will demand Arsenal pay the fee in total inside two years, rather than the standard longer term payment structure.
