Arsenal are the latest team to join the race to sign Moussa Diaby from Bayer Leverkusen.
The French international is a prime target for several Premier League sides, including Newcastle and Manchester United.
The 23-year-old has excelled in Germany over the past four years, managing 172 games for Leverkusen.
Per L'Equipe, Arsenal are set on convincing Diaby to move to North London in the offseason.
Newcastle are also very interested, while the Red Devils may be in the market for a right wing option as well.
For their part, Leverkusen are willing to sell Diaby, but only for a fee higher than £65 million.
