Former Arsenal striker Alan Smith is impressed by QPR's in-form forward Charlie Austin.
Writing in the Telegraph, Smith opined: "It drives me mad when people say, 'He's got to hit the target from there'. If strikers aimed to simply do that, the bulk of their shots would be saved.
"Forwards go for corners, meaning the margin for error is much slimmer. Charlie Austin is a great example of that. But QPR's top scorer is not missing just now. As shown against Manchester City, Austin is finding those corners with impressive regularity."
