Arsenal fear being crowded out in the race to sign West Ham captain Declan Rice.
The Sun says the Gunners had drawn up a £300,000-a-year package for Rice and were planning to offer £80m to West Ham.
But while it's suggested Rice favours a move to Arsenal, West Ham's asking price could prove too rich.
With Chelsea, Manchester United and Liverpool also keen, West Ham are demanding over £100m to sell the midfielder.
Indeed, they could insist on more than the €120m Chelsea paid Benfica for Enzo Fernandez in January.
