Former Arsenal players Matteo Guendouzi and Konstantinos Mavropanos will net them funds this summer.
The Gunners are set to earn around £4 million from the two flops, as they turn around their careers.
Stuttgart are ready to accept £20 million for Mavropanos, while Guendouzi is likely to leave Marseille before the transfer window closes.
Marseille are asking for £12.7 million, while Italian side Lazio are thought to be engaged in talks.
If both players are sold at the reported fees, Arsenal would get a significant windfall.
The club would be able to use that money towards new signings for manager Mikel Arteta.
