Arsenal defender William Saliba has paid tribute to the Olympique Marseille staff for helping him reach the World Cup.
Saliba is in Qatar with France and has featured in the group stage.
"Marseille helped me a lot to get on the French national team," said Saliba.
"It was important to get a lot of matches during my loan. I had some great achievements.
"When you play well in such a club, there is a greater likelihood of getting on the national team."
On defeat to Tunisia, he added: "We didn't have a good match. We were not good. But we must move on from that now.
"There is more pressure when playing for his country than for your club."
